Dr. Bai is the Executive Chairman and Co-Founder of Alpha Ladder Group, a Singapore-based green fintech group focused on creating a more inclusive and sustainable future. Alpha Ladder’s subsidiaries provide regulated financial services including a digital green exchange, payment, brokerage services, and end-to-end carbon Software-as-a-Service solutions.

Dr. Bai is also the Chairman and Founder of Asia Green Fund, an award-winning impact private equity firm with around US$2.5 billion assets under management, focused on accelerating climate tech and sustainability pioneers at the forefront of Asia’s decarbonisation agenda.

Previously, Dr. Bai was a partner and managing director for Warburg Pincus from 2009-2016. He has also held senior leadership positions at global financial institutions such as First Reserve Corporation and Goldman Sachs. Dr. Bai serves as an Investment Committee Member of Three Gorges Green Fund. He also serves as a Board Member of Elessent Cleantech (formerly Dupont Cleantech), Shanghai East Low Carbon Technology, Nanjing Baoying Gases, Beijing Capital Heating, Four Rivers Investment Management, Hosjoy, Low Carbon Environment, and AIPark. 

Dr. Bai holds a BSc and an MSc in Modern Physics from the University of Science and Technology of China, a degree certificate in the Financial Technology Option from MIT’s Sloan School of Management, and a Ph.D. in Physics from MIT.

Dr. Huang is a driving force in sustainable innovation, forging a distinctive path in an era defined by rapid environmental and technological change. He is Partner and Senior Managing Director at Asia Green Fund Management and draws on his expertise to drive forward-looking initiatives that advance the adoption and commercialization of green technologies and sustainable practices.

Before joining Asia Green Fund, Dr. Huang built a distinguished career at the intersection of climate science, technology, and policy. He led product marketing at Picarro, a Silicon Valley-based pioneer in laser-based technologies and Internet of Things (IoT) solutions for environment, semi-conductors and public utilities. 

Dr. Huang also brings valuable experience from the public sector, having served as Climate and Global Change Fellow with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA).

As CSO of Alpha Ladder Group, Hui Luen architects and executes the corporate strategy to scale next-generation deep-tech ventures. With a career defined by pioneering high-growth market strategies for leading AI companies, she possesses a rare expertise in guiding technology firms from infancy to global prominence and IPO.

Previously, as both the Deputy General Manager of SenseTime Hong Kong and Head of International Marketing & Communications at SenseTime, HuiLuen was instrumental in steering the AI unicorn's strategic development and key partnerships in the region. 

Her foundational experiences include roles at Yitu Technology, Accenture, Ogilvy Public Relations, and Hill+Knowlton Strategies, building a comprehensive skill set that bridges technology, business, and communications. Hui Luen holds an MBA from Peking University and graduated from Boston University with a double major in Economics and International Relations.

Michael is a global leader in Sustainable Finance, Technology, Policy, and Investments. He is a former Bank of England Senior Advisor and G20 Co-Chairman of the Sustainable Finance Study Group. While at the Bank of England, Michael co-founded the bank's fintech accelerator. 

He is also a Fellow at the Cambridge University Institute for Sustainability Leadership and a Senior Advisor to the UNDP Sustainable Finance Hub. Michael is active in greentech projects in Asia and Europe, and is the CEO of Asia Green Fund Management. He is a Non-Executive Director on a variety of greentech corporate boards and a Senior Advisor to governments and corporations on how to drive a sustainable economic transition through green industrial technology.

Michael has over 25 years of experience in Investment banking based in New York and London and holds master’s degrees from Harvard University, the London School of Economics and New York University.

Dr. Jia brings over 20 years of experience in electrochemistry, materials science, and sustainable energy. He most recently led research at Plug Power as a Principal Project Scientist to significantly reduce iridium loading and cost, while bringing electrolyzers from lab to industrial application.

Before that, he served as a Professor at Northeastern University, where his research focused on developing advanced catalysts for fuel cells, electrolyzers, and batteries, supported by major federal and industry funding. He is also the recipient of the ACS Emerging Researcher Award (2023).

Dr. Jia holds a Ph.D. in Materials Science from the Illinois Institute of Technology and both B.S. and M.S. degrees in Physics from Peking University.

With over 25 years of experience in research, development, and product commercialization, Dr Stanic is a multidisciplinary scientist recognized for driving innovation from concept to full-scale manufacturing.

Her expertise spans materials science, electrochemistry, and advanced polymer technologies, with a proven track record of delivering cutting-edge solutions for green energy technologies. She holds a Ph.D. in Materials Science from the University of Alberta and a B.Sc. in Physical Chemistry from the University of Belgrade.
